We learned it the hard way. You won’t have to.
Every course here comes from something we actually did — building an organisation from nothing, in a rural corner of Bangladesh, with no map to follow. This is that hard-won knowledge, made teachable.
A few vulnerable young people, in a remote village, starting from absolute zero.
When Noboprobhaat Foundation began its journey, we had none of the things an organisation is supposed to start with. No legal registration or recognition. No international network. No funds. No resources. No access to training, and no formal guidance of any kind.
So we taught ourselves — from lived experience, one day at a time. Everything below, we learned by doing it, getting it wrong, and doing it again until it worked.
What we learned, what we applied, and what results it produced — that is exactly what our courses are made of.
More than a hundred trainings delivered — now shaping these courses
Beyond building ourselves, we have trained community members, activists and human rights defenders across the issues that matter most. Those field-tested modules feed directly into what you’ll learn here.
Two ways to learn
Courses & Training
Structured, facilitated learning — practical, not just theoretical — so you can turn what you learn into real change in your own community. Every course is designed around the challenges and possibilities facing grassroots youth, and grounded in the Bangladeshi context.

Learning that never puts you at risk
Confidentiality, do-no-harm and digital safety are built into how every course and resource is designed and delivered.
Experience is expertise
Content is shaped by the communities it serves, and those closest to an issue are recognised as teachers, not only as learners.
Change is our only achievement
Every course is built to be used in real life and grounded in the Bangladeshi context, so the knowledge matches the realities you meet on the ground.
Built for the people doing the work
Community members & youth
Practical skills for safety, rights and everyday resilience — for the people the work exists to serve.
Activists & organisers
Deeper capability in documentation, advocacy, digital security and crisis response for those on the front line.
Partner organisations
Shared frameworks, toolkits and resources that other organisations can adapt for their own communities.
