Noboprobhaat Foundation developed the Emergency Security Guideline and Tools under the “All Together Now” project, as part of the Collaboration Lab for Bangladeshi Media and Civil Society, funded by the European Union, collaboration with Free Press Unlimited and Article 19.

This guideline serves as a practical safety and protection resource for organizations, activists, human rights defenders, journalists, and community members working in sensitive and high-risk environments in Bangladesh.

The document provides guidance on risk assessment, threat actor mapping, legal awareness, digital security, safe communication, physical security, emergency response, relocation and safe shelter planning, online violence response, psychosocial support, data protection, and access to international support mechanisms.

It is designed as a confidential and practical tool to support preparedness, reduce harm, protect sensitive information, and strengthen community-based protection during security incidents or crisis situations.
