Noboprobhaat Foundation developed the Sustainable Resource Mobilisation Strategy 2026–2030 under the “Strengthening Financial Governance for Sustainability” project, supported by Kaleidoscope Trust and funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

This five-year strategy provides a practical framework to strengthen Noboprobhaat Foundation’s financial sustainability, donor diversification, institutional fundraising capacity, and long-term organisational resilience. It sets out the organisation’s funding landscape, financial governance framework, fundraising priorities, donor mapping, proposal development approach, income-generating strategy, safety-sensitive fundraising protocol, and implementation action plan for 2026–2030.

It is designed as a living institutional roadmap to guide leadership, staff, and governance bodies in building diversified funding relationships, strengthening direct donor engagement, improving financial preparedness, and ensuring mission continuity.
